Shipping Policy

Shipping is only available to the United States of America at this time. 

Processing & Shipping Times All standard orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Custom Orders Custom order production times vary based on current volume and complexity. Please allow 12–18 business days for your custom order to be produced before it ships. You will be notified when your order is complete and on its way.

Please Note: Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of custom items, custom orders are not eligible for refunds or returns. If there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
